UNICEF, a lead partner of Government of Chhattisgarh, has been supporting the State Government in meeting the targets envisioned as a part of RMNCH+A strategy. Early neonatal mortality rate is the prime contributor to Infant Mortality Rate in Chhattisgarh State and accessibility of efficient WASH facilities is directly linked to the quality of health outcomes. In view of this, UNICEF has commissioned the study , which was assessment of available WASH facilities in health institutions spread across Five High Priority Districts (HPDs) of Chhattisgarh namely Bijapur, Bilaspur, Dantewada, Jashpur, & Sarguja
